Leadership

Victoria joined Nova in 2020 as an Architect. Thanks to her leadership skills and outside-of-the-box thinking, she helped create our Concept Department, which she currently leads.

Responsibility, thoroughness, and understanding of the needs and desires of customers have helped Victoria gain clients' trust as she worked on many international projects, including South Port, 14 River Park, 12 River Park, Sydney City 5, Orient City, and Three Volcanoes.

Her unique approach to design has resulted in the following award-winning projects:

- Orient City, winner of Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards 2020 and Tashkent 2021

- River Park, winner of Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards 2020.

She also received a special award from the Mayor of Gdynia City and the APA (Association of Polish Architects).

Victoria graduated with honors from the Gdansk University of Technology with a Master of Architecture. As a member of AIA, she often collaborates with non-profit organizations. Currently, she takes part in Accessible Architecture, a non-profit project for people with disabilities.
