Olga is an Architectural Project Manager at Nova. She is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. Her duties include creating schedules; developing, organizing, and reviewing building plans; preparing construction contracts; formulating cost estimates; monitoring each project's progress; and ascertaining whether phases of the construction process comply with building plans and project deadlines.

Olga's recent multifamily projects include 29 West in Mesa, TX, and Hoboken Heights in Hoboken, NJ. She also led the Hyatt Place hotel project in Waco, Texas.

Olga has a number of interests, including volunteering for senior aid programs and also enjoys fitness, dancing, and cooking.
