Leadership

Kate Kovalchuk is a Deputy Head and Project Manager in the Concept Design Department at Nova who coordinates project tasks in the design team and communicates with the clients to ensure all processes are run smoothly and on time.

Having a degree in Architecture, Kate combines a good visual sense of taste with her extensive experience in business operation and project management. This helps her lead the team and personally participate in every stage of concept creation, starting with the idea about the space and finishing with the initial emotional experience when people first see the building.

Under Kate supervision, the 176 West building concept was developed in Jersey City to add another beautiful site for the local community.

Like in business, Kate is also vigorous in her spare time - snowboarding, hiking, and playing the bass guitar. She is fond of sketching and practicing meditation.
