Personal Warehouse

Personal Warehouse fills an oft-neglected void in traditional self-storage/industrial spaces. The project consists of eight buildings, each with an average of 800 SF customized self-storage units, equipped with bathrooms, kitchenettes, and mezzanines behind 14x14 garage doors. The idea is to move beyond the limitations of simple self-storage and create an integrated rest, work, and play space.

Working in tandem on the architectural, structural and MEP design of Personal Warehouse facilitated a 50% cost reduction and a six-week turnaround on the second project.

Extended Coordination:
Collaborating on architectural, structural and MEP in BIM workflow enabled the completion of a fully coordinated set and resolved issues such as below grade and footing prior to the Construction Administration stage.
