Project description A proposed 3-story building with 78 units on a 2.94-acre site in the City of Oxnard, CA. It demonstrates the use of the rezoning capability of the existing BRP district into a multifamily residential project. The 22,600 sq. ft. deck with amenities on top of the parking area creates additional recreation space for the residents. Services: Architectural Schematic Design, Hand-sketch of initial design intent developed into fully finished schematic design set with 3D views and renderings.
