The newly proposed facility at 275 Cherry Lane is designed to replace an existing single-family home with a commercial 2-story EMS facility. This project will include three garage bays specifically for ambulances, ensuring efficient emergency response and operational readiness.

In addition to the ambulance bays, the facility will feature office space, as well as dedicated areas for storage and staging to support operational logistics. Nine parking spaces will be available on-site, though their usage is expected to be infrequent, given the nature of the facility's operations.

This thoughtful design balances functionality with the specific requirements of emergency services, enhancing community support infrastructure.
