EV Hotel

The EV Hotel Brand, based in Atlanta, is planning to develop a new hotel at the site of the existing Travelodge Phoenix Downtown in Phoenix, Arizona. The eight-story hotel will integrate the existing historic building located at 600 W Van Buren Street into its design, creating a unique and distinctive look for the property.

The new hotel features fully modular design, that creates spaces that stand the test of time being functional, well thought out and easy to set up. The building has all the amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, rooftop bar, and meeting and event spaces. Its location in the heart of downtown Phoenix makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
