| Project description The site, located at the intersection of Thompson St and Broome St in Manhattan, is surrounded by diverse buildings with different heights and architectural styles. The envisioned project is a 17-story residential tower with a commercial ground floor. One of the main challenges for this building was making the most out of the shallow areas of the lot considering the site depth and required setbacks.
