Located in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood, 737 4th Avenue is a 14-story mixed-use development designed by Dencityworks Architecture. The building comprises 187 residential units, with 46 designated as permanently affordable housing. The project also includes 6,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Construction has recently topped out, marking a significant milestone in its development.
