Project description Originally designed by Emery Roth & Sons in 1967, 55 Broad Street in Manhattan's Financial District has been transformed from the former Goldman Sachs headquarters into a 36-story residential tower. Developed by Silverstein Properties and Metro Loft, with design by CetraRuddy, the building now offers 571 rental apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Residents enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, rooftop pool, and barbecue grills. Each apartment features high ceilings, large windows, custom Italian kitchens, and luxurious bathrooms. The building is expected to be the first fully electric office-to-residential development to achieve LEED certification.
